1. Close your eyes for a few minutes

In such situations, you should close your eyes and let them rest for a few minutes. Whether you are at work or home, you should do it on a regular basis after every 2-4 hours as it will help to revitalize your eyes.
2. Remove your spectacles for a few minutes
People who have power in their eyes have to wear their spectacles all the time for office and normal functional work.
